Alfred Harding is a homeowner here at the Beach Villa's at Ko Olina, runs a successful rental program and he is also a licenced Real Estate Agent in the State of Hawaii.
Alfred Harding is from Hawaii and his father Peter moved here in 1959, before Hawaii was a state. Peter met Alfred's mother in Japan and Alfred grew up in Haleiwa on the North Shore of Oahu in the 60's and attended Waialua High School in the 70's. Back in those days, there were many animals wandering about, and if you had flip flops (zories) on you were dressed up! School used to empty out if the surf report was good.
Alfred's mom Akiko used to take him to get a hair cut across the street from Matsumoto's Shaved Ice when he was a child. The barber shop is now a dress shop but lucky for us, Matsumoto's is still here after several generations. Back then, his reward for sitting still was a delicious Shaved Ice with Azuka Beans and Ice Cream on the bottom. Yum!
Alfred Harding attended college in the mainland and started his first business, a ComputerLand Franchise at the age of 22 and eventually had offices in multiple cities. Today, he splits his time between the mainland and Hawaii and spends his time working with guests, homeowners and potential homeowners. He enjoys working with all of the great people he meets, works hard to make them happy and enjoys working in a place that for him has so many great memories from growing up here.
Alfred is married to Deanna and they have three children, Zachary 19, Nickolas 15 and Abbigail 13. Deanna is a retired nurse and works in our family business and enjoys chatting with our guests and booking your stay.
Alfred's 2nd mom, Buena and sister, Nadia who live in Hawaii are also involved in the family business and are here to check you in at the property and to help your family get settled into one of our families villas. Alfred & Deanna are also active in their church and Alfred serves on the Stewardship Committee along with Deanna who is a member of the school board.
Our family looks forward to welcoming you to our home in the Islands.
